Trent Share Price: The Tata stock fell 23.26 percent to a day’s low of Rs 4512 from its previous closing price of Rs 5561.25.
Tata Steel Share Price—The share price fell to a day’s low of Rs 124.20, down 11.57 percent.
Tata Motors Share Price—Shares touched Rs 542.55, down 11.61 percent from the previous close.
Stock Market Crash Today: These Stocks Hit All-Time Lows
Star Health dropped by 3.16 percent. Ola Electric fell more than 6.42 percent. Tata Tech and Swiggy fell by 5.23 percent and 5.53 percent, respectively.
Stocks hit a 52-week low:
The BSE witnessed 725 stocks reach 52-week low share prices. The number of stocks in the lower circuit on the BSE is 517. In contrast, the upper circuit had 105 stocks.
Bharat Forge Ltd, Bata India Ltd, Bajaj Auto Ltd, Akums Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Ltd, AJAX Engineering Ltd, Afcons Infrastructure Ltd, ABB India Ltd, and Dabur India Ltd are among the firms with 52-week low share prices on the BSE.
At 10:05 a.m., 614 equities on the NSE were trading at their 52-week low.
The Reason for the Indian Stock Market Crash
The market is responding to US President Donald Trump’s tariff increases and Chinese countermeasures, which have fueled worries that a full-fledged trade war may have a global impact on economic development. The steep increase in tariffs by both the United States and China might raise inflation, hinder the global economy, and exacerbate trade tensions.
